Dietary Accommodations
Our chefs are happy to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please notify us in advance to ensure we meet your needs.
Deposits & Payments for Large Events
Applies to weddings or corporate events exceeding $3,000:
- A 25% deposit is due upon booking confirmation.
- A 50% total deposit (including the initial deposit) is required 30 days before the event.
- The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations within 30 days: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 15 days: the entire deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation Policy for Orders Over $1,000
- 36+ hours’ notice: 50% charge will apply.
- 24 hours or less: 100% of the total will be charged.
Price Adjustments
Due to market fluctuations in food costs, all pricing is subject to change without notice.
Service Fees & Taxes
- Orders under $1,000: 15% service fee + 14% HST
- Orders over $1,000: 18% service fee + 14% HST
- Wedding Catering: 20% service fee + 14% HST
- Weekend Orders: 18% service fee + 14% HST
Delivery Charges
- Halifax: starting at $25
- Dartmouth: starting at $30
High-Demand Times
During peak times (e.g., noon), deliveries may arrive 15–30 minutes early.

Payment is required at or before delivery.

Guaranteed Attendance
