Dietary Accommodations
Our chefs are happy to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please notify us in advance to ensure we meet your needs.
Deposits & Payments for Large Events
Applies to weddings or corporate events exceeding $3,000:
- A 25% deposit is due upon booking confirmation.
- A 50% total deposit (including the initial deposit) is required 30 days before the event.
- The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations within 30 days: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 15 days: the entire deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation Policy for Orders Over $1,000
- 48+ hours’ notice: 25 % charge will apply.
- 24 hours or less: 50% charge will apply.
- Same-day notice: 100% charge will apply.
Price Adjustments
Due to ongoing market fluctuations and inflation, all prices are subject to change for orders placed more than three (3) months in advance. Final pricing will be confirmed closer to the event date
Gratuities & Taxes
- Orders under $1,000: 14% HST + 15% Gratuity
- Orders over $2,500: 14% HST + 18% Gratuity
- Wedding Catering: 14% HST + 20% Gratuity
- Weekend Orders: 14% HST + 20% Gratuity
- Last-minute Orders: 14% HST + 18% Gratuity
- After business hours Orders: 14% HST + 25% Gratuity ( 9 PM TO 7 AM )
Delivery Charges
- Halifax: starting at $25 to 30
- Dartmouth: starting at $30 to 35
High-Demand Times
During peak times (e.g., noon), deliveries may arrive 15–30 minutes early.

Payment is required at or before delivery.

Guaranteed Attendance
